When I started my first business, Booty Beltz I had no idea what the heck I was doing! I remember doing a craft show clear across the country, and not packing any lights for my booth. It was one of my very first shows and I had no idea they would be turning out all the overhead lights. The first day I sat in almost total darkness and let’s just say my sales were gloomy and dismal too! There was just SO much to learn and I had no idea where to find the answers. Most of my learning came from making countless mistakes, which can be difficult and costly.
I want to share a video interview I recently did with the amazing Tracy Matthews from Flourish & Thrive Academy. It is a Skype interview so the quality is not the best, but we talk about some incredibly valuable tips and ideas for how to have the most successful holiday season possible.
